Mr. Donald J. Province has more than 20 years of experience
in the real estate industry in USA and Spain; and more
recently in the Costa Rican market. •
Mr. Province is the owner of S&P Land Acquisition
(Costa Rica), which was established for the purpose
of acquiring land for real estate speculation, commercial
and residential development in Central America.
•
He is currently co-owner of S&P Land Acquisition
(Las Vegas, Nevada), a company that specializes in
the development and construction of high-end luxury
homes in Las Vegas.
•
He is also co-owner of Online Properties Group (Costa
Rica), a Costa Rican Real Estate Company that markets
properties to foreign clients, primarily US citizens,
with a strong concentration on internet marketing.
•
Mr. Province is licensed B2 Contractor in Nevada and
Connecticut and licensed Real Estate Broker in Nevada.
•
From 1986 – present, Mr. Province has been involved
in the establishment of several companies related
to the construction and import/wholesale sectors.

LUANN GAMBUTO |

|
After
spending most of her adult life working in the hospitality
industry, the last seven years in Las Vegas, Luann now
resides full time here in Escazu. She has spent the
last 2 years commuting between Costa Rica and Las Vegas
developing the US market by enlightening people of the
wonderful opportunities that exist here in Costa Rica.
She
has extensive management and customer service experience,
which has made her move into the real estate industry
an easy transition. Her innate sense of fairness and
the fact she loves working with and helping people
make her natural for this industry.
She is
co-owner of Online Properties Group in Costa Rica
and in addition to being responsible for the day to
day operation of the Escazu office; she works directly
with clients from North America providing assistance
with their transition to Costa Rica.

CARLOS HERRERA |

Carlos
start testing the Costa Rica Real Estate waters 5
years ago with the design & development of the
website AlquileresCR.com which became in time the
standard for many database driven real estate websites
to follow.
The same formula of success has been applied to all
the Online Properties group websites that little by
little are achieving the top ranking positions in
major search engines. Besides website development
Carlos took the chores of a real estate agent focusing
primarily in residential farms and acreage properties.
Carlos has a degree in business with a major on international
commerce and will pursuit his MBA degree shortly.

FRANK A. SPOSATO |
|
|
Following
a lifelong passion for architecture and residential
design, Frank entered the construction field in 1983
with a company called National Energy as head of Sales
& Operations involving passive and active solar
design.In 1991, fueled by the desire to be part of a
company that focused 100% on construction, he moved
to another Connecticut company where some of his work
has been featured in a national trade publication and
nominated for numerous design awards. In 2001, Frank
and a partner formed a company that operated in both
Connecticut and Las Vegas Nevada that focused strictly
on spec-building. They built several private residences
before deciding to look into other markets.
In 2003, Frank moved to Las Vegas and obtained his Nevada
Real Estate license, became a Realtor, and joined Liberty
Realty Inc., the largest real estate company in Nevada
employing over 1,500 agents. He is a member of the Greater
Las Vegas Association of Realtors, and also a member
of the National Association of Realtors.
In 2005, Frank moved to Costa Rica and settled in Escazu,
where he and 3 partners started a Real Estate Agency.
He spends part of his time in Costa Rica working with
listing clients and part of his time in Las Vegas and
other US cities working with buyers who are interested
in Costa Rica. |

Felipe
Reyes Newman moved to Costa Rica in 2004 from the
beautiful country of Chile. He is currently studying
at the University Interamericana in Heredia and will
graduate this April with a License in Business Administrations
and a minor in Finances. Felipe is an eager, fast
learning 22 year old who has always had a passion
for Real Estate. Carefully studying and watching how
the business works combined with his outgoing personality,
and applying his training in Business Administration,
he is quickly becoming proficient in the Real Estate
industry.

Alejandra Bernardez is a native
Costa Rican and has very strong ties to the
country and great knowledge of the properties
here.
She
resides in Escazu with her husband and 3 children.
Prior to her becoming involved in the real estate
industry she was an actress on the Costa Rican TV
network, specializing in local comic shows. Her experience
as an actress has prompted her to tutor Kindergarten
children in the theatrics.
Recently
joining Online Properties Ale has brought with her
a wealth of knowledge of the Central Valley and has
great contacts with home and business owners. Her
outgoing personality immediately and bi-lingual ability
puts her clients at ease, knowing they are in good
hands and that she will give them the time needed
to find what they are looking for.
