Following
a lifelong passion for architecture and residential
design, Frank entered the construction field in 1983
with a company called National Energy as head of Sales
& Operations involving passive and active solar
design. In 1987 he joined forces with a Connecticut-based
home improvement company as Sales & Production Manager
for their new construction/remodeling division. In 1991,
fueled by the desire to be part of a company that focused
100% on construction, he moved to another Connecticut
company where some of his work has been featured in
a national trade publication and nominated for numerous
design awards. In 2001, Frank and a partner formed a
company that operated in both Connecticut and Las Vegas
Nevada that focused strictly on spec-building. They
built several private residences before deciding to
look into other markets.
In 2003, Frank moved to Las Vegas and obtained his Nevada
Real Estate license, became a Realtor, and joined Liberty
Realty Inc., the largest real estate company in Nevada
employing over 1,500 agents. He is a member of the Greater
Las Vegas Association of Realtors, an organization of
over 17,000 Realtors, and also a member of the National
Association of Realtors.
In 2005, Frank moved to Costa Rica and settled in Escazu,
where he and 3 partners started a Real Estate Agency.
He spends part of his time in Costa Rica working with
listing clients and part of his time in Las Vegas and
other US cities working with buyers who are interested
in Costa Rica.
Frank is an amateur photographer/graphic designer, a
car enthusiast, and a private pilot.
